    Payment and Deposits

    1. All prices include VAT tax, charged at 10%.

    2. All payments are due in full before bookings and can be made with major credit cards or PayPal.

    3. Any deviations to the original booking price, such as additional waiting time, extra hours, car parking, additional stops and address changes. will be charged.

    4. The charge on your credit card statement will be shown as TriskeleTour.

     

    Cancellation and Refund Policy

    Single Transfer & Day Tour

    • Up to 24 hours before tour or transfer: 100% refund
    • Less than 24 hours notice: 0% refund

    Tailor-made Experiences, Multiple Services & Week-long Itineraries

    • 50% deposit required upon confirmation,  which can be refunded up to 30 days before start of the tour. 0% will be refunded if cancelled less than 30 days prior to departure.

             *Please note that bank and processing fees will be charged to the client for each refund

    • SunnySicily requests a minimum of 24 hours for any online instant bookings.

    • If you would like to book a car within 24 hours – please call our help-line at +39 339 529 6915.

    • We do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (including inclement weather and traffic).

    • The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.

    • Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order – as well as any subsequent loss of earnings for the driver for the consequence of their vehicle being off the road.

    • We may occasionally provide super quality subcontracted vehicles.

    • By supplying your email address, you permit SunnySicily to contact you via email. We promise never to supply your email to any third party.

    • We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary.

    • Every effort will be made by SunnySicily to ensure that our vehicle(s) or Sub-Contractors vehicle(s) arrive on time.

    • Our Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route, unless instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.

    • SunnySicily’s vehicle(s) and sub-contracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk and SunnySicily shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property. Our insurance does NOT protect your belongings (cameras, tablets, jewelry, etc.). It does NOT cover injury or death outside our vehicles, trip cancellations, emergency medical expenses and emergency medical transportation.

    • SunnySicily will keep lost & found items at their office, and will endeavour to return any lost goods left in our vehicle(s) or subcontracted vehicle(s) to the customer.

    • SunnySicily and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behavior poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).

    • SunnySicily maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles

    • Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the Client’s statutory rights.
