How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
On confirmation of your booking you will receive a Transport Voucher, which you should print and carry with you when you travel.
How do I find my driver?
Your driver will be waiting in front of your arrival gate with sign bearing your name.
What happens if I cannot find my driver?
Please contact the number supplied on your Transport Voucher.
I have lost my luggage. Will SunnySicily collect it for me later?
Please go to the Lost&Found Office, all the airlines have handling agents. They will organize for any luggage to be forwarded to your resort address.
I have left something in the vehicle. How do I get it back?
Please contact the supplied number on your Transport Voucher. We will then endeavor to have the items returned to you. A charge may be applicable.
Is the transfer direct or do we stop en route?
Private Transfers are normally direct.
Can I have a refund if I cancel my booking?
Yes. If you cancel your tour/ transfer well in advance, you will have a refund. Please, check Terms & Conditions for details.
What will the vehicle be like?
Your vehicle will be a modern and comfortable Mercedes Benz, with air-conditioning, privacy glass, reclining seats, leather upholstery.
Are tips included?
No, tips are NOT included for all drivers, guides, hosts, meals, etc. You are expected to pay tips on any part of the tour itinerary.
Can I bring a wheelchair on tour?
Yes, as long as it is fully collapsible, non-motorized and you are travelling with an able bodied companion capable of pushing you in it. Please advise us at time of booking if you need to bring one. The tours are not specifically designed with disability in mind, so if you require a wheelchair we will advise you whether this is possible when booking.
What will the weather be like?
The weather in Sicily between March and October is an average temperature of 27o C although during hot spells can rise to about 35 o C. Rain is a rare possibility.
Does SunnySicily offer travel insurance?
SunnySicily’s vehicle(s) and sub-contracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk and SunnySicily shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property. Our insurance does NOT protect your gear, i.e. cameras, tablets, jewels ect. It does NOT cover Injury or Death outside our vehicles,Trip Cancellation, Emergency Medical Expenses and Emergency Medical Trasportation.
Is smoking allowed in your vehicles?
Smoking is NOT permitted whilst on board our limos. However, we make plenty of comfort stops, on average every two hours
